The Department of Music successfully hosted its Freshers Orientation and Welcome Party, marking the first official programme of the administration — and it was nothing short of outstanding.
The event delivered an exceptional experience, widely acclaimed as one of the best of its kind. The Departmental President Comrade Precious Chijioke Ndu (Presh Plays) expressed profound gratitude to God for the success of the programme and sincerely appreciates the amiable HOD, Dr Rita Adaobi Nwakwesili-Kanu, for the opportunity and privilege to handle such a landmark event.
The occasion was graced by the presence of Departmental Lecturers and staff, the SUG President Comrade Amaechi Tamunotonye Walson and entourage, SUG Senate President Bestman Ayebaye, Total Chairman of all Hall Reps Blessedfelix Onwuka, National Vice President of the Music Students Association Mary Angel Afoma, National Law Senator Arigem O-a, Faculty President Osas Godfrey and executive, Theatre Arts President Obinna Akuma, HDS President Maureen Akhibi, Philosophy President Comr.
