    SUBJECT: CEASE AND DESIST FROM UNAUTHORIZED REPRESENTATION OF THE OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR OF SOCIALS


    It has come to the attention of the Office of the Director of Socials that you have continued to present yourself and act as the Director of Socials of the University of Port Harcourt Student Union Government despite my official reinstatement as the duly elected Director of Socials.


    You are hereby directed to immediately cease and desist from any further representation, communication, or activity in the name or capacity of the Office of the Director of Socials. This includes, but is not limited to, organizing activities, issuing directives, making public statements, collecting payments, or carrying out any official functions associated with the office.


    Furthermore, you are instructed to:


    1. Immediately (6 hours) discontinue all forms of impersonation or unauthorized representation of the Office of the Director of Socials.
    2. Remove or delete all social media accounts, pages, profiles, or platforms that identify or portray you as the “Director of Socials” of the University of Port Harcourt Student Union Government.
    3. Refund, without delay, all individuals from whom you collected money or sold forms relating to Face of SUG and Mr. & Miss UNIPORT.
    4. Refrain from engaging in any further activities capable of misleading students or members of the public into believing that you currently occupy or represent this office.


    This memorandum serves as a formal notice requiring your immediate compliance. Failure to comply may result in the matter being referred to the appropriate University and Student Union authorities for any action they consider necessary.


    The Office of the Director of Socials remains committed to protecting the integrity of the Student Union Government and ensuring that students are not misled by unauthorized persons.
