This rule applies to all students (undergraduate and postgraduate), student clubs and societies, unregistered & registered student organizations. Any student or group found using sports facilities without prior authorization will be treated as a defaulter and will face serious consequences, including but not limited to: * Immediate suspension of facility access privileges. * Disciplinary action under the University Students’ Disciplinary Regulations (which may include fines, suspension from campus activities, or other sanctions). * Financial liability for any damage to University property or equipment.
