REFERRAL SYSTEM

This is the affiliate section in cikamo services. this affiliate terms determimes the method users can earn from CIKAMO by referring other users.

 When users refer other customers to platform they get a monetary bonus as well as a point which can be converted to money. This referral system will work through a generated code which can be shared by the user.

OBJECTIVE

our objective is to Boost user acquisition and engagement by incentivizing current users to refer friends, leveraging social media integration to maximize reach and community growth.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Share Your Link: Users generate a unique referral link/code. this Unique code can be gotten from  User_Profile>Settings>affiliate

2. Friends Join: Invited friends sign up using the link/code. 

3. Activate Rewards: Friend completes a qualifying action (when referred user completets registration). 

4. Refer receive rewards instantly or after action completion.

 HOW TO CREATE/ACCESS YOUR AFFILIATE LINK

Step1: open your Cikamo web app and log in your account

Step2: once you are logged into your account. Go to the top left corner that displays your profile and click it

Step3: click on settings & privacy 

Step4: click on affiliates and enter "my affiliates".

Step5: a page will be displayed showing you your level and your affiliate link, which you can copy and share to start earning from your affiliate link.

TRACKING AND TRANSPARENCY

- Real-Time Dashboard: Track referrals, rewards, and tier progress. 

- Notifications: Alerts when rewards are earned or milestones reached. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Anti-Fraud: Rewards void if fraud detected (e.g., fake accounts). 

- Expiry: Points gotten from referral is valid for 3 months after which if user does not claim will be relenguished. 

-We have the right to crash any reward that we see to be fraudulent and we have the right to declre such referral to be invalid.
