At the 51st Convocation and 55th Founders’ Day Ceremonies of the University of Benin, the Vice Chancellor of the University of Port Harcourt, Prof. Owunari Georgewill, represented the President and Commander-in-Chief, delivering a message of congratulations, renewal, and opportunity. Speaking on behalf of the President, Prof. Georgewill encouraged graduands, staff, and students across Nigeria’s tertiary institutions to take full advantage of the government’s ongoing reforms designed to strengthen institutions and empower learners.
