Human Capacity Development: Security officers in the University of Port Harcourt undergo security and intelligence training. Participants drawn from the internal security of the University and the security companies were a part of intense security and intelligence training aimed at equiping them with modern art of inteligence and security operations. It is our hope that this training will enable the security officers to become more proactive, listen more responsively to complaints from the University community and provide better security solutions to myriad of security challenges facing the University.
