The Vice Chancellor of the University of Port Harcourt, Prof. Chike Princewill, on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, received the Board of Trustees of the University’s Alumni Association, led by Senator Darlington Nwokocha. The delegation congratulated Prof. Princewill on his appointment as the 10th Vice Chancellor and reaffirmed its support for his administration, while expressing its commitment to strengthening collaboration between the University and its alumni. During the visit, the Alumni BoT unveiled proposed legacy projects aimed at supporting the University’s development and enhancing its global visibility.
