The Council Taskforce on Revenue Reviews, Illegal Structures, Business Concerns and University of Port Harcourt Investment Limited (UIL) Reorganisation, led by Chief Kadilo Kabari, on Tuesday, 4th August 2026, held a strategic meeting with the Provost of the College of Health Sciences and Deans of the University's Schools and Faculties. The engagement focused on boosting the University's internally generated revenue, digitalising payment systems, commercialising research outputs, improving business operations, and addressing illegal structures on campus. Chief Kabari described the consultations as a key step toward building a financially sustainable and more efficient University. The Provost and Deans welcomed the initiative and pledged their support for reforms aimed at strengthening revenue generation and institutional development.
