This decision is based on observed issues including, but not limited to: Failure to meet the expectations and responsibilities of the office. Lack of transparency and accountability in the management of resources and affairs. Poor execution of agreed plans and commitments. Actions and decisions that have negatively affected the confidence and trust of members. Leadership is built on trust, responsibility, and service. Unfortunately, we believe that the current leadership has lost the confidence of the people it was elected to serve. Therefore, we formally declare a Vote of No Confidence and call for immediate steps to address these concerns in accordance with the rules and constitution of the organization. We remain committed to the progress, unity, and development of our organization and expect a leadership structure that prioritizes integrity, fairness, and service.
