Uniport Students Receive Mac-Pads & Scholarships as Project New Nigeria Launches on Campus. Students of the University of Port Harcourt have received Mac-Pads and scholarships during the official launch of Project New Nigeria on campus. The initiative was convened by Samuel Nzidee, founder of the Foundations for Citizens Empowerment and Sensitization on Civic Responsibility Initiative, in collaboration with the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). During the ceremony, the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Council, Distinguished Senator Mao Arukwe Ohuanbunwa, delivered an inspiring opening remark. He commended Samuel Nzidee, his team, and the Managing Director of NDDC, Chief Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, for championing such a timely and impactful project. He further encouraged students to embrace the opportunities offered through this initiative.
