Prof. Eugene Onyeike Presents Uniport Valedictory Lecture As He Bows Out of Service. After a meritorious service and at attaining the mandatory 70 years for retirement of Professors from active service, Professor Onyeike presented his valedictory lecture to the University of Port Harcourt community. He emphasized that the responsibilities of University administrators require certain innate characteristics such as integrity, fairness, compassion, courage, discipline amongst others as deviation from these would spell doom for the University. He went further to categorise staff he called Any Government in Power (AGIP) into 2 viz DesirableAGIP & UndesirableAGIP and called on all UndesirableAGIP to repent and change their ways as the kingdom of truth is at hand according to his submissions.
