This is to officially inform the entire students’ community that all elections or selection exercises to be held within any part of the university campus must be reported to the Students’ Union Government through the Office of the Provost before commencement as it’s stated in the SUG constitution. Article 19, section 19.9 states that SUG will send delegate observers to observe all faculties, departments, and ethnic elections and communicate their recommendations to students’ affairs. This directive is to ensure proper coordination, security, and the maintenance of orderliness in all student-related activities across the university.
